WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
We offer the best quality photo booths and party rentals in the area, and our commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our ability to cater to your specific needs, ensuring that all your expectations are met. In the unlikely event that any of our products are damaged during use, a replacement fee of $500 or more may apply, depending on the severity of the damage. We take great care in setting up our products and will ensure that they are well-maintained throughout your event.
If you cancel your reservation before 7 days, we will provide a 50 percent refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after 7 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
